Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Lab Technician.
Lab Technician Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate : $22.00-$27.00/hr (DOE)
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Lab Technician Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
  
• Resume and interview required.
  
• Previous lab bench experience required.
  
• Basic math and computer skills.
  
• Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions.
  
• Ability to write basic reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
  
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
  

• Perform laboratory experiments and product evaluations according to established SOPs and training.
  
• Operate laboratory equipment used for testing and evaluations.
  
• Document experiments, observations, and test results accurately.
  
• Perform basic calculations and data analysis.
  
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  
• Interpret and communicate test results to supervisors.
  
• Perform minor maintenance on laboratory equipment as needed.
  
• Follow Quality Management System procedures and maintain ISO standards.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
  
• Support SOP and safety training as needed.
  
• Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
