Front Desk Representative

Position Overview We need a reliable general receptionist to act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and team members. Responsibilities Provide daily reception duties and assist with general inquiries. Remain calm and professional in emergency situations. Work independently and maintain accurate records. Shift Availability Position available every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday evenings from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong customer service, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Experience in customer service; enjoyment of working with the elderly. Dependable with a positive attitude.
