Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support an EPIC conversion project, including accurate and timely electronic health record documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Recent Cerner experience required; charting system must be documented for each work history entry
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
• No requested time off (RTO) — start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
