You will assist in the treatment of clients in their home as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participate as an active member of the outpatient services team. Responsibilities Complete appropriate documentation for all phases of care by the direction of the Occupational Therapist Build positive rapport and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other industry professionals Work collaboratively with other health care disciplines to coordinate appropriate care for clients Qualifications Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA program Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA license in the State of Minnesota Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License Demonstrated ability to work autonomously Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes: If you're a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills.
