Corporate Strategy & Planning Analyst - Korean Bilingual

The Company is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and products, looking to establish its presence in the North American market under its own brand name. Position Overview The Company is hiring a Corporate Strategy & Planning Analyst to join its Strategy Planning Team in Lincolnshire, IL. In this role, the candidate will turn business and market inputs into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations—supporting leadership decisions on where to focus, how to grow, and how to execute. Responsibilities Own and maintain core performance views across actuals, plan, and forecast Analyze results vs. Plan / Forecast / Prior Year, explaining key drivers and implications Support annual operating plans and rolling forecast cycles; help teams stay aligned to targets Build executive-ready materials in Excel/PowerPoint to support timely decisions Convert analysis into clear options, trade-offs, and next-step recommendations Support short-, mid-, and long-term strategy development, tracking execution progress Help review and refresh business portfolio priorities as customer, sales, and market conditions evolve Conduct market sensing across customers, competitors, and industry trends Partners with cross-functional teams to surface issues early, align stakeholders, and drive closure Help run planning/strategy operating rhythms (meeting agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups) Requirements 2+ years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business planning, management consulting, business development, finance, or related roles Experience in B2B environments, especially manufacturing/industrial goods or energy/automation Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data triangulation across multiple sources Coursework/focus in management accounting or finance is a plus Strong foundation in financial analysis (variance analysis, forecasting, scenario thinking; basic modeling) Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Clear, concise communicator; comfortable presenting to leadership Structured problem-solver who can break down ambiguous business questions and drive insight Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal) #J-18808-Ljbffr ISEE Career Solutions, Inc.
