Job DescriptionJob Summary:Mercury Systems Signal Technologies group has a great opportunity for an electrical RF Engineer with strong experience including design, prototyping, and testing at the module and component level for our Oxnard, CA location. This position offers the opportunity to make an impact have some autonomy to take on as many challenges as you can handle. Join a small, collaborative engineering team and gain depth and breadth of experience to add to your electrical engineering professional toolbox. Read more about our signal products here: Mercury Systems: Innovation that matters | MRCYJob Responsibilities:Responsible for the detailed design of RF circuitsDevelop functional specifications for sub-assemblies and integrated microwave assembliesResponsible for the release of engineering design documentationProvide guidance for the development of automated product testingCollaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional development teamsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldTypically requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturingExperience using RF simulation software (Microwave Office or AWR, ADS, HFSS)Broad experience troubleshooting RF/Microwave, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits at the module and component levelBroad experience with RF/Microwave test equipmentExperience transferring new designs to productionActive Security Clearance required on day onePreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience using data analysis tools such as MATLABFamiliarity with failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigationsThis position requires you to have an active government security clearance.
