Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth, tailoring your approach to meet individual goals. \n Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that are best suited to each client. \n Communicate regularly and effectively with healthcare providers, reporting on patient progress, concerns, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans. \n Consult and coordinate with the client's family, support systems, and other professionals to enhance the treatment process and ensure successful discharge planning. \n Maintain meticulous records of clinical notes and progress reports, adhering to compliance with department policy and best practices for electronic medical records. \n Engage in regular case reviews and participate in team meetings to develop and refine treatment plans based on collaborative psychosocial assessments. \n Assist clients in discharge planning and care coordination, working closely with local service providers to facilitate access to additional resources as needed. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The therapist will play a pivotal role in delivering therapies that not only alleviate symptoms but also empower clients to make meaningful transformations in their lives. By fostering an inclusive environment, the therapist will help build rapport and trust, essential for effective therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field. \n Possession of an active state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential recognized in Pennsylvania. \n A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting. \n Strong proficiency in computer systems including electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet applications. \n Exceptional organizational and self-management skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and effectively in a telehealth environment. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with specialized populations such as adolescents, individuals in crisis, or those involved in substance abuse rehabilitation. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and previous experience in a virtual care setting is advantageous. \n Skill in applying therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
