Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adaptable Life Counseling, you will: \n \n Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and couples seeking counseling for a variety of issues including relationship challenges, emotional disturbances, and life transitions. \n Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of families and couples, addressing elements such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment issues. \n Provide one-on-one therapy sessions as well as couple’s and family therapy sessions to ensure holistic care. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate healing and personal growth. \n Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes. \n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in regular case consultations to ensure comprehensive care. \n Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your focus will primarily be on a diverse clientele including couples, adolescents, and families grappling with a range of issues.
