Receptionist

Job Description IntelliSource is on the lookout for a dedicated receptionist. As a receptionist you'll be onsite, responsible for handling phone calls, emails and more. You must have great attention to detail and strong customer service skills, maintaining a high-level of service and professionalism. What You're Doing Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.. Greets and directs visitors to the company. Responsible for creating positive experience for employees and visitors Tour visitor and executives around facility Assist with answering questions and directly people to proper person for assistance Escort visitors on and around property Must have professional demeanor Service oriented, focused on delivering exceptional customer service at all times Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, be flexible to handle responsibilities as needed Act as the face of the facility, maintain a smile and composure at all times as employees and visitors are entering and exiting facility Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
