Mobile LVN/LPN-Per Diem In-Home Services

IQVIA seeks a mobile LPN/LVN for per diem in-home clinical services in the Syracuse, NY area. The role involves traveling to patient residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings to support medication therapy initiation with flexible scheduling and no minimum visit requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to network policies
• Conduct clinical screenings including EKGs and macular edema exams as trained
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and manage clinical supply inventory
• Complete and submit visit-related paperwork promptly and accurately
• Report adverse events and maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles for visits
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in spoken and written English

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
