What They're Looking For Significant first- or second-chair jury trial experience is required Plaintiff PI experience is a plus, but they are open to adjacent practice areas (insurance defense, medical malpractice, employment, commercial litigation, prosecution/public defense) for candidates with a strong trial record Confident in the courtroom, from voir dire through closing Strong command of depositions, motion practice, and expert witness work Active bar license in good standing in Washington A competitive, client-focused mindset and the drive to win for injured people Logistics Fully in-office role.
