The facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services, with in-house call coverage structured across 24-hour shifts. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. On-site resources are in place to facilitate coordinated obstetric and gynecologic care throughout each designated assignment.

El Paso offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of entertainment and outdoor activities suited to varied interests. Live entertainment options include concerts, Broadway productions, comedy shows, and ballet performances at venues downtown, along with professional soccer through the local club team. Day trips to nearby National Parks - including White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Mountains, and Big Bend - are accessible from the area, and UTV off-road tours and scenic drives provide additional recreational options during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour in-house call shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM) on an on-site basis, with coverage required on November 2, 5, 19, 22, 24, and 27. This assignment is structured at 5 days per month, and continuous on-site presence is required throughout each designated shift. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain on-site availability in accordance with the designated call schedule. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is negotiable for all clinicians considered for this position.
