Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a BI Analyst with strong experience in Looker and/or Tableau to build dashboards, analyze data, and support business reporting needs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols.
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information.

Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and/or Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document reporting logic, workflows, and dashboard definitions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of BI Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of project workflows and delivery processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with GitHub/version control.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like BigQuery.
• Experience with Python and Automation.
