Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for an on-site position with a leading technology services provider located in Hampton, VA. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity. Compensation: $19.00 per hour, W2

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This role focuses on providing support for mobile devices, including troubleshooting and coordinating with service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services
• Assist callers with any questions regarding their mobile devices
• Troubleshoot the device and the set up/provisioning of the device, often coordinating efforts with the service provider and a technician
• Field customer questions and complaints and forward issues to the appropriate specialist when necessary
• Coordinate the efforts of service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers to maintain service expectations
• Act as an intermediary to prevent "up-selling" by service providers
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Perform data entry, administrative support, and clerical duties

Primary Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months or more experience with customer service
• Basic computer/smartphone skills
• Experience working with wireless devices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a security clearance, if necessary
