Registered Nurse Outpatient
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per facility policy: Required
- Minimum two years recent experience in nursing: Required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care.
- Collect and analyze data pertinent to the patient's health and develop plans of care.
- Implement care plans and employ strategies to promote health and ensure a safe environment for patients.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
