Unit: Limagrain Field Seeds Asia Pacific Job Title: R&D operations manager Job Location: Nakhonsawan Contract type: Permanent Function Research & Development Main Goal Lead and coordinate the product testing programs in Thailand, monitor and supervise all ongoing trials under research protocol. Undertake planning and set objectives for the team and provide direction to all product testing team. Job description Organize trials as per standard protocol, record data, upload data, analyze and prepare reports; ensure time-bound observation recovery and sharing of trial data using Limagrain proprietary software. Provide clear, accurate and balanced feedback to R&D and marketing teams for ongoing projects and trial development. Organize crop review meetings biannually: plan, communicate, follow up and assume outcome responsibility. Organize crop tours with support from the PD team to showcase elite hybrids from pre-commercial and demonstration trials in Thailand: plan, communicate, follow up and assume outcome responsibility. Coordinate with breeders, PD team & marketing for scientific community outreach: planning, communication, follow up, participation. Regular evaluation and updating of SOPs for trial formulation and data capturing. What we expect of you Experience: 8-10 years in testing and management; maize experience preferred.
