Junior Accountant | Direct Hire

Pay: $60,000-$63,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In Office)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a growing organization and support day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build their career in a collaborative environment with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Utilize Excel and accounting software to manage financial data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Accounting experience or relevant internship experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
