Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (ASM&O) is seeking a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established, physician-led practice in Abilene, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy sports medicine practice while working alongside a collaborative team of orthopedic specialists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care throughout West Texas.

Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics is an independent, physician-led practice committed to clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and long-term growth. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, commensurate with experience and fellowship training, along with a two-year income guarantee and transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership and ownership within the practice, including participation in ancillary revenue streams and other practice growth opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance are also available.

Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, procedural expertise, and market considerations.
