Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager - Greenwich, CT LHH is recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for one of our Commercial Real Estate clients. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in property operations and tenant relations. Salary: $75,000 Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and tenant communications Assist with lease administration, rent collections, and invoice processing Maintain accurate records of property activities, inspections, and compliance documentation Coordinate with building staff and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues Prepare reports related to occupancy, budgeting, and property performance Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Property Manager Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies Qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software a plus Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
