Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary Pharmacist in Charge: Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide patient care and community outreach at Walmart. Oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and drive community engagement initiatives. What You’ll Do Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and manage other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Maintain effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Model and enforce customer service standards, resolving customer needs within company guidelines. Participate in community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as community members. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, analyze reports, implement loss prevention and safety controls, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews. What You’ll Bring Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in analyzing financial data to make informed business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience.
