Customer Care Representative- Regional Omnichannel

MSC Industrial Supply - - Responsibilities: Answer inbound sales and service calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, complete returns, collaborate with vendors to source products, and upsell.; Interact with Field Sales Associates to promote MSCs sales solutions, retention, and revenue strategies.; Utilize MSC systems (AS400, WebSOE, Salesforce, Oceana, vendor websites) to identify and address product and service needs.; Maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and improve sales and quoting opportunities.; Conduct follow-up via ticket management system to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
