Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Manufacturing Associates who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long term career. 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 2:00pm-12:00am Pay rate: $21/hr You will:

• Blend and package products according to specifications
• Lift materials weighing 50lbs continuously, taking filled bags and palletizing them.
• Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability
• Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe
• Use stand-up forklifts (training provided)
• Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part

People who succeed in this role:

• Have previous manufacturing experience
• Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently
• Want a stable job with a steady schedule
• Don't mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)
• Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with
• Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean
