Workplace Experience Coordinator

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests entering the facility.

Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.

Answer incoming calls professionally and create presentations as needed.

Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.

Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders.

Coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.

Respond to employee and guest inquiries or concerns.

Coordinate and support on-site events.

Follow building security and emergency procedures.

Coordinate with workplace vendors.

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to follow established work routines and procedures.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
