Job Details: Job Title: Home Health RN Location: Grand Rapids, MI(coveringMuskegon) Setting: Home Health Pay Range: 2100-2300 Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler or local candidated accepted Requirements: 1 year of Medicare Certified Home Health experience. 1 year of HCHB EMR and OASIS experience Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to home health patients. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and update healthcare team accordingly.
