You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagramsAssembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and proceduresInspecting parts for defects or damageFollowing safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environmentMaintaining a clean and organized work area ProductivityQualitySafetyDelivery Competency - Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematicsCompetency - Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.Competency - Be able to communicate effectivelyExperience - Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detailCompetency - Following safety procedures and guidelines Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.Collaborative Team Player - Collaborative: Is intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions.
