Overview I am looking to hire a full-time Purchasing Coordinator/Buyer for a reputable manufacturing company here in Jackson, WI (53037) . This role will be Direct Hire (perm) and is looking to interview/start immediately! Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible) Remote: No, 100% onsite Base pay $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies. Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, and AS400 for purchasing processes. Monitor inventory levels and implement materials management. Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. Collaborate with logistics teams for efficient delivery of goods. Analyze pricing trends and assist in production planning. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance metrics. Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online procurement processes.
