Job Details We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Manager to join our vibrant team in the Construction industry. This position offers an incredible opportunity to lead and manage various construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Management, Budgeting, Contract Management, and Time Management. This role demands a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the field. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for construction and project management, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life cycle management including project conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed about project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare status reports. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry. Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends. Strong skills in budgeting, contract management, and time management. Excellent ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Exceptional negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Proficient in project management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
