Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and policy shifts to provide effective moderation support. Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency and community safety benchmarks. Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece. Strong interest in the social media industry and digital community safety. Ability to handle sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity. Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration. High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
