Junior Recruiter/Admin

Join M B Source LLC in an onsite Junior Recruiter/Admin role in Ontario, CA , supporting both talent acquisition and essential HR administration. This position provides hands‑on exposure to full cycle recruiting, candidate coordination, and HR systems work, along with a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing. What you can expect 401(k) with matching Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Responsibilities Assist with sourcing candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to build potential talent pools. Support full cycle recruiting, including posting openings, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems using BrassRing , ensuring accurate records and timely status updates. Coordinate interview logistics, prepare interview materials, and support communication between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial screening calls (cold calling) and document candidate evaluation notes for the hiring team. Support onboarding by preparing employee orientation materials and assisting with employee evaluation documentation. Help manage relationships with internal teams, external recruiting agencies, and prospective candidates to support a smooth recruiting experience. Assist with organizing campus recruitment events and participate in job fairs to support employer branding. Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions and maintaining related records. Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements related to employment law and HR systems regulations within talent management processes. Requirements Knowledge of HR legal compliance , employment law , and best practices in HR management. Experience with high volume recruitment , including technical recruiting and executive recruiting strategies. Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) to attract diverse talent pools. Skills related to employee relations , employee orientation , employee evaluation , and succession planning processes. Comfort with HR systems for data entry , reporting , and analytics tied to recruiting metrics. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
