eRA Product Manager

Serving as the strategic owner of the University's electronic Research Administration ecosystem, the full-time eRA Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with various stakeholders, and lead system governance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance readiness. Key responsibilities Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap for the eRA systems, prioritizing enhancements to streamline workflows Act as the primary liaison between research administration, IT, and software vendors to advocate for institutional needs Oversee research data governance practices to improve data quality and support reliable reporting and analytics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Research Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in research administration or enterprise systems management 3+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic systems role Expert understanding of the research grant lifecycle and compliance functions Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and data governance principles
