Sales Development Representative- Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in the St. Petersburg area. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to develop sales and communication skills, and are interested in long-term growth within sales and management.
No prior sales experience is required — we provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Role Overview
As a Sales Development Associate, you’ll support daily sales efforts, interact with customers, and learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and client relations. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities to grow into leadership or management roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and communicate client products and services clearly and professionally
- Engage with customers to answer questions and provide information
- Support sales and outreach initiatives to meet daily and weekly goals
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve performance
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
