Job Description
The Concrete Plant Yard Helper supports daily operations at the concrete plant by handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves working primarily outdoors during day shifts and reporting to multiple supervisors. It contributes to efficient concrete production and site upkeep without requiring travel.
Responsibilities
- Handle and transport materials within the plant yard
- Operate basic equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and comply with site regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction or concrete production
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
