About the Role Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Brand Communications Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for their portfolio in Paarl . This pivotal role involves developing and implementing integrated communication campaigns that build brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. You will oversee all aspects of brand messaging, content creation, public relations, and digital presence, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to manage brand communications within the Media & PR sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee the creation of all brand messaging, marketing collateral, and campaign materials. Manage public relations activities, including media outreach, press releases, and crisis communications. Lead social media strategy and content development to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management and communications. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful brand strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications, including digital, PR, and social media. Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing external agencies and vendors is desirable in the Paarl context.
