Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Create, curate, and publish daily content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner. Actively engage with followers, initiate conversations, and foster a positive and interactive online community. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and trends. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content (text, images, simple video). Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
