Team Manager

Position Description Flynn Panera operates Panera Bread cafés that serve baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. Responsibilities As a Team Manager, you will supervise up to 75 staff members ensuring a top-quality service experience for guests. Serve as a role‑model and lead the team. Ensure that team members provide great customer service. Own business performance of the restaurant. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment per safety and sanitation standards. Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure consistent positive customer experience. Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts. Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure satisfaction. Recruit, train, and motivate staff. Assist bakery‑cafe specialists, ensuring proper training and competence in all aspects of food service. Ensure objectives are achieved while following company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical business practices. Exhibit a professional image and promote company values. Qualifications At least 1-2 years hospitality experience. Food Management Certifications a plus. “Run it Like you Own It” mentality. Excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills. Proven leadership track record. Passion, energy, positive attitude. Work well under pressure and collaborate with diverse team. Physical Standards Must stand and move for up to ten (10) hours. Capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds. Must read and write for communication.
