It is a member amenity, offered in small group sessions of up to 5 children, so parents can get their workout in with peace of mind while they're right there in the building. As a Babysitter, you'll be the friendly, familiar face who makes drop-off easy and pick-up the best part of a member's day – giving parents the freedom to focus on their workout, knowing their kids are having fun with you. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and small-group play for children ages 3 months–12 yearsBuild genuine relationships with kids and families – members should look forward to seeing you, not just dropping off their kidsCreate a safe, clean, and welcoming Kids Clubhouse environment at all timesCommunicate warmly and clearly with parents at drop-off and pick-upHandle basic care needs (diapering, snacks, comforting an upset child) with patience and confidenceRespond quickly and calmly to any safety or medical concernKeep the space organized and toys/materials in good conditionQualificationsThis Role Is For You If You Are:Genuinely excited to work with kids in a small-group setting – patient, playful, and attentiveFocused on building relationships with member families so they keep coming backPositive, can-do, and joyful, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCommunity-minded and an excellent communicatorFlexible with your schedule – availability on nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbsPreferred Qualifications:1+ year experience caring for children ages 3 months–12 yearsClassroom experience preferredAssociate's degree or higher requiredCPR + Infant CPR CertifiedCompensation:12-29 hours per week, depending on club's needs$18/hour
