2nd Shift Assembler – Now Hiring

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM–2:15 AM (Mon–Thu)

Training: Conducted on an earlier shift

Environment: Sheet metal fabrication and assembly, moderate noise

Safety Gear: Steel‑toed shoes and pants required

About the Role

As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will build high‑quality products using a variety of tools, equipment, and technical documentation. This role requires moving between functions to support production flow while assembling, wiring, and testing components using sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electrical/electronic tools
• Make wiring connections and perform functional testing
• Support production flow by moving between departments as needed
• Read blueprints and wiring schematics to guide assembly
• Follow job tickets and written instructions
• Use inspection tools to verify quality
• Document work and follow best practices

Essential Skills

• 1+ year mechanical assembly experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic computer skills for verifying and sorting jobs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical schematics and inspection processes
• Experience with department‑specific setups
• Strong communication skills (read, write, speak, listen)
• Detail‑oriented approach with the ability to document and follow best practices

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
