Parts Counter Salesperson

Description: Job Title: - Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a PARTS PRO Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right automotive parts for their needs - Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Continuously improve knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required - Previous experience in automotive parts sales or retail sales & ASE strongly preferred OR willing to get certification - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Requirements: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift. · Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds. · Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary. · Able to turn brake drums and rotors, and repair/make up hydraulic hose assemblies (if appropriate). · Able to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc. Compensation details: 16-20 Hourly Wage PIfc700692b686-35216-34774633
