Team Hyundai of Bend is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. If you're a motivated leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the service department's daily operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor department performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure efficient scheduling, workflow, and repair quality.
- Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Collaborate with the parts and sales departments to provide an outstanding ownership experience.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to increase customer satisfaction and department performance.
- Experience with dealership management systems and service operations.
- Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a positive culture.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
