Job Description
-Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. -Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy. -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. -RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York. -PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -BLS.
