Details Work in a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit Patient population includes medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, and renal cases along with sepsis, trauma, and surgical patients, excluding fresh open heart surgery Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3 Day shift schedule from 06:45 to 19:15 13-week assignment length Requirements Active IN or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required BLS certification required (AHA) ACLS certification required (AHA) NIH Stroke Scale certification required Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address Copy of driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Care for complex ICU patients across multiple specialties Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate depending on facility radius COVID vaccination is not required Travelers should begin discussing extension with their manager 45 days prior to assignment end date American Traveler Job ID P-740278.
