Seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

The Opportunity:

• Join an established and growing team: 3 physicians and 2 APPs
• Excellent quality of life practice offering a 4 day clinic/OR week
• Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.
