Own Strategic Client Relationships Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of high-complexity, high-priority accounts, building trusted partnerships that extend beyond individual campaigns. Own day-to-day client communications, account health, strategic recommendations, and escalation management. Lead Campaigns from Presale Through Post-Analysis Own the full campaign lifecycle, from presale conversations and Squad KO through execution, performance updates, and post-analysis. Keep teams aligned to scope, timelines, KPIs, and client expectations at every stage. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution Act as the internal hub for the pod, ensuring Creator Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Media, and Account teams have the context and direction they need to deliver high-quality work. Lead Squad KO and client kickoffs, establish approval workflows, and keep execution moving with clear ownership and follow-through. Own Client-Facing Quality and Performance Narratives Serve as the senior QC layer for client-facing deliverables, reviewing content, decks, and communications before they reach the client. Lead mid-flight performance updates and partner with Strategy and Analytics to turn results into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic next steps. Protect and Grow Account Health Identify risks early, escalate with context and a proposed resolution, and proactively monitor account health. Surface renewal and upsell opportunities with the right supporting context to help strengthen and grow client relationships. Guide Senior Managers and Strengthen the Pod Coach Senior Managers across their accounts, helping them sharpen client instincts, navigate escalations, and build confidence in their account leadership. Represent the account in senior-level conversations, internal debriefs, and renewal handoffs. Partner with Creator Operations Through Clear Handoffs Own the client relationship while partnering with Creator Operations through formal briefs and Squad KO processes. Ensure Creator Ops has complete scope, timeline, budget, usage rights, and creative context, and serve as the decision point for creator-related escalations with client-facing implications. WHAT YOU BRING

6–10 years in account management or client services, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream client relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships at a strategic level — not just managing deliverables, but shaping the client's thinking. Strong understanding of influencer marketing — strategy, pricing, creator selection, content review, and measurement. Comfortable leading client meetings, QBRs, and post-analysis presentations; able to hold the room and manage difficult conversations. Strong project management instincts — can run multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping threads. Collaborative, organized, and proactive; a credible escalation point for the team below them.
