ICU RNLooking for experienced ICU nurses for a day shift in a critical care environment. Candidates must possess a BSN or higher degree from an accredited nursing school. The role requires an RN license with a minimum of 3 years of ICU experience. Certifications required to start include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Preferred certifications include CCRN and TNCC. Responsibilities include managing patients with complex care needs and ensuring adherence to critical care practices. Candidates must be able to work every other weekend and holidays as needed. The ability to provide PALS certification post-offer is available. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
