Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Oasis Psychotherapy Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing brief, evidence-based interventions for clients experiencing mental health concerns, utilizing established therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to recognize and manage psychosocial issues, assisting in crafting integrated treatment plans.

• Monitoring patient progress and initiating follow-up contact to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Identifying at-risk patients and developing targeted prevention strategies to avert the worsening of their conditions.

• Documenting all patient interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health records system.

• Delivering educational resources and self-management strategies to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Offering consultative support to clinic management regarding behavioral health services and program evaluations.

• Maintaining adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

• Assisting patients in complying with medical treatments initiated by other providers, integrating efforts to minimize side effects and enhance outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in Colorado.

Oasis Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
