Role Description The Payroll Administrator role is a part-time remote position responsible for managing and processing payroll for employees of AMY'S BRIDAL BOUTIQUE LLC. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing payroll data, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits, and maintaining up-to-date payroll records. The role also involves handling garnishments, coordinating payroll taxes and required filings, and answering employee payroll-related questions in a timely and professional manner. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate with management and accounting personnel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Payroll Administration, including end-to-end processing and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of Garnishments and related payroll deductions, ensuring accurate and lawful handling.
- Experience with Payroll Taxes, including calculations, reporting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Understanding of Employee Benefits as they relate to payroll, including accruals and deductions.
- Foundational Accounting skills to reconcile payroll data and support financial reporting.
- Proficiency with payroll software and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting systems).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience in payroll or accounting roles is preferred; relevant coursework or certification is beneficial.
