Looking for a meaningful, flexible part-time position? Join us as a part-time High School Academic Coach and support students on their path to high school graduation, and a lifetime of success.

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to make a difference and has a heart for working with youth.

• Job Type: Part-time (24-28 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (flexible within that window)
• Location: Various schools across Palm Beach County (reliable transportation required)
• Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly rate
• Note: This is a dedicated part-time role, not designed to supplement a full-time teaching position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching to middle and high school students
• Support students in developing organizational, study, and learning strategies
• Track and review student grades on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to support student success
• Identify learning patterns and address academic challenges
• Assist students with assignments and secure tutors as needed
• Use incentives and goal-setting strategies to motivate student progress
• Document and submit session notes after each meeting
• Participate in student support meetings as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Teaching experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient
• Ability to work confidentially and exercise discretion
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have reliable transportation
• Must have bachelor's degree or higher
