General Production

Position Overview Team members in this role may be responsible for a variety of tasks based on daily operational needs, including: Running and monitoring both manual and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of window and door components Participating in production line activities related to assembling finished products Performing quality checks to ensure items meet required standards Preparing and modifying materials to allow for proper hardware fitting Handling, moving, and organizing raw and finished materials within the facility Preparing completed products for shipment, including packaging and staging Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities as assigned Working additional hours when necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
