Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.If you're looking for a career that's exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity—Atlantic Bingo is the place to be.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detailed team member who is motivated, organized, hands-on and reliable to join us in the role of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position performs a variety of daily tasks in our corporate office. It is full-time (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Candidate will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.Primary Roles & Responsibilities• Receive, review, code and enter invoices and check requests into Sage• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice discrepancies and match purchase orders• Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and maintain updated W-9 and tax information• Assist the Accounting OperationsRequirements· Office Administration; 3 years (preferred)· Strong familiarity with Excel required· Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and data entry· Associate's degree or some college business courses· Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills· Ability to pay attention to detail, and understand the need for accuracy· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with othersWe offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.Atlantic Bingo Supply is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
