The IT Intern will support the IT department with day‑to‑day operations, technical troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and user support. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment, giving exposure to both help desk and infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities Assist in providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues Set up, image, and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment Maintain and update asset inventory records and documentation Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance Support onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation, equipment provisioning, and access control Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments Help maintain shared folders, access rights, and file organization Troubleshoot and elevate issues to senior IT staff when necessary Adhere to all company IT policies, procedures, and data security guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr SupportFinity™
